Great Plains Ag Credit board of Directors

L. Mike McLain, chairman, was elected to the board in 1985, and has been a stockholder since 1978. A rancher for over 30 years, he is a member of both the Executive Committee and the Human Resource Committee. Mr. McLain farms and ranches in Hansford, Hutchinson, Ochiltree and Moore counties in Texas, and in Texas County in Oklahoma, and operates largely an irrigated operation consisting of wheat, corn, milo, stockers, feeders and fed cattle. He is a stockholder in a commercial feedyard and a University of Texas graduate. He serves on the Tenth District Stockholders Advisory Committee. His term expires in 2009.

Dennis Anthony, vice-chairman, was elected to the board in 1993 and serves on the Executive Committee. A graduate of Texas Tech University, he has been a farmer and a stockholder for 35 years. His operation is concentrated in livestock, including cattle feeding. He also grows dryland milo, wheat and some irrigated cotton in Parmer and Deaf Smith counties. Mr. Anthony is chairman of the Human Resource Committee for Great Plains and serves on the Marketing Committee. His term will expire in 2008.

Danny Detten, Vice Chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Credit Review Committee, was elected to the board in 1999. He farms; pastures and feeds cattle in Carson, Potter, and Hutchinson counties; raises irrigated and dryland wheat, feed grains and cotton in partnership with his son. Danny, who lives near Panhandle, Texas, has been a stockholder for 26 years and is a lifetime farmer and stockman. His term expires in 2008.

Terry Sherrill, Chairman of the Great Plains Audit Committee, was elected by the board of Directors in January 2004. He is a certified public accountant and has owned and operated a public accounting firm in Gruver for the past eight years. Prior to that time, he was the chief financial officer for two large agribusinesses in the Panhandle and was also employed by the accounting firm, Arthur Young and Company. He is an accounting graduate of West Texas State University. His term will expire in 2010.

Trent Finck was elected to the board in May of 2006, where he serves as Vice Chairman of the Human Resource Committee and is an alternate member on the Credit Review Committee. He has been a farmer and rancher since graduating in 1983 with a degree in ag economics from Texas Tech University. Trent has been a stockholder since the beginning of his career, 24 years ago. Trent’s operation in Swisher and Briscoe counties includes a partnership with his father in which they jointly and individually operate a stocker cattle and cow-calf business as well as irrigated and dryland wheat and milo, and irrigated cotton. His term expires in 2009.

Joe Reinart was appointed to the board in November 2006, filling an unexpired term, and was subsequently elected for a three year term in the spring of 2008. Joe has been farming since 1973 in the Sherman/Dallam County area. He partners with his brother and farms on his own, focusing on irrigated corn, wheat and cotton in addition to stocker cattle. Joe has been a stockholder of GPAC since 1975. He also is secretary of the Sunray Co-op board. Joe serves on the Audit Committee, and his term with the Great Plains board will expire in 2010.

Bryan Reinart was elected to the board in 2008 and serves on the Human Resources Committee. Bryan is a lifelong farmer and resides in Dimmitt, Castro County, Texas. His operation consists of irrigated cotton, wheat, milo and corn, in addition to dryland cotton, wheat, milo and pasture. Bryan became a Great Plains stockholder in 1980. His term will expire in 2010
